HOUSING
Admissions representatives assist students in locating economical rentals throughout Southern Maine by providing a list of over 30 local rental advertisements sent to The School by area landlords. These properties are typically available during the off-season between September and June and most are located within a 5-15 minute drive of The Landing School. The housing options vary in size from studio rentals to one-bedroom cottages and apartments to larger multi-room homes.
The school also encourages students to research available seasonal rentals online. Several local area realtors also offer assistance with housing arrangements. The following websites are a good place to begin when looking for rentals.
Most students find affordable housing in the region easily. Many students also choose to live with roommates during their time at The Landing School. Once students are accepted for enrollment at The School, they are given access to a Facebook group through which many students can connect and make arrangements with fellow students for housing.
