Position Title: Composites Technicians & Manager
Compensation/Rate: 25/hour - 50/hour
Location: Austin, TX
Position Summary:
Saronic is standing up it's first Composites team, and is looking for a variety of roles from technicians to be help build the team.
Some responsibilities would include:
- Contribute to the design, development, and fabrication of composite structures for autonomous surface vessels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure composite components meet performance, quality, and timeline requirements.
- Utilize industry-leading techniques and tools to optimize composite material selection, layup processes, and manufacturing methods.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to validate composite performance and durability under various environmental conditions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance composite manufacturing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
